A LETTER FROM MICAELLA SIPE
Dear Restoration community,
It is with mixed emotions that I share the news that I will be resigning from my role as Ministry Director at Restoration Covenant Church. This decision has come from an expansion of employment opportunities at the nonprofit organization where I also currently work.
My last day on staff will be October 18, 2025. In order to best transition off of staff after the 18th, I will be engaging through Restoration’s online services and then returning to attending Sunday mornings and church activities in-person in the new year.
Over these past two years, I am thankful to have had the privilege of partnering with so many faithful, talented and passionate individuals from our community who are on fire for Jesus. It has been a gift to witness God’s movement through and serve alongside this community during my time on staff. I cherish the relationships I have built since starting to attend and then working at Restoration; I look forward to continuing to journey with you all in following Jesus, witnessing - as he says in Acts 1:8 - to his love and hope in our Jerusalems, Judeas, Samarias and to the ends of the earth.
Thank you again for the love, encouragement and support I have felt while holding the position of Ministry Director at Restoration. I will be praying for the church through this transition and excited for how our community will continue to be restored by Jesus to bring hope to the world.

RESPONSE FROM THE LEADERSHIP TEAM
Dear Restoration community,
We as the Leadership Team graciously accept Micaella’s resignation. We believe that God holds all things in his timing and his seasons, and trust He was aware and is already at work in this and in us. We are grateful for the time and contributions Micaella’s has made, especially with our global partners and missions initiatives, with our connections and discipleship pathways and in supporting and equipping our ministry team leaders. We are also grateful that after her season of transition, Micaella and her husband Jared, will return as active partners in Restoration.
We ask for your prayers as we work with Pastor Rob and the Restoration staff to discern where our biggest staffing needs are and what our staffing next steps will be. In the interim, Lindsay, our Worship Director, will be adding some additional hours to connect with Ministry Team leaders and work with Pastor Rob with our connection and discipleship pathway. Pastor Rob will work with us (Leadership Team) for continuing the global partner and missions initiatives.

Also, please join us in praying and blessing Micaella at the end of both services on Sunday, October 5.
