Prepare Your Own Environment
The Center for Disease Control suggests the following actions:
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
- Avoid touching your face, especially your eyes, nose, and mouth.
Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash. - Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe.
- Stay home if you are sick or not feeling well.
If Ill, avoid Leaving the House—COVID-19 spreads quickly, and is often undetected until symptoms appear.
If you have a weakened immune system, or begin experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 (Found HERE), it’s best to avoid public places to prevent the spread or the opportunity to catch the disease/illness.
