THANK YOU ELLIE!
We’re so grateful for Ellie Holmquist and the incredible heart she has brought to our First Impressions Team. Ellie has been on Restoration’s staff in various roles for the past four years. From creating welcoming spaces to helping so many people feel seen and at home, Ellie has made a lasting impact on our church family. Ellie accepted a full-time position this past fall with the FATE Foundation in Faribault, and notified Pastor Rob and Restoration’s leadership team of her desire to step down from her staff role several weeks ago. Ellie, ever flexible, agreed to continue through our Make Room Initiative. As she transitions out of her role in April, we will have a moment to thank and celebrate her on April 19 during each worship service.
Ellie writes, “I believe the time has come for me to step back from my role as a staff member and return to volunteering with the church. My family has been through several big changes over the years and have felt very supported and loved by our church. I am profoundly grateful for the last four years and how this position has helped me grow. I have learned so much and cannot say enough how blessed and supported I have been as a staff member at Restoration Church. You will see us around; Restoration has and always will be our church home.”
Please plan to attend April 19 and offer your thankfulness to Ellie when you see her.
Welcoming new First Impressions Ministry Leaders
We’re also excited to welcome Michele Jacobson, Jon Steiner and Lezlie Steiner, as the new leaders of the First Impressions Ministry Team. They’ll be starting in April to schedule, equip and support the Cafe, First Wave, Ushers and Welcome table teams.
