VBS Volunteer Pep Rally!

Hey VBS Volunteers! Join us for the VBS Pep Rally on Thursday, July 31 at 6:30pm. 

We’ll take time to:
Pray for the kids who will be walking through our doors
Pray for one another as we prepare to lead
Go over a few important details
And get excited for all God will do during VBS!

You won’t want to miss it! It’s the perfect way to get your heart and mind ready for an amazing week ahead! (snacks provided!)

Sound of Hope Movie + Prayer

At Restoration, part of our Mission is to bring hope to the world. Let’s gather as a church and take in a movie based on a powerful true story of how one small church brought the hope of Jesus to their community through caring for children in need. We’ll watch the movie and then spend about an hour responding in prayer.

What: Watching Sound of Hope: the story of Possum Trot & afterwards responding together in prayer

When: Saturday, August 16th @ 3pm *Doors open at 2:45pm with the moving starting at 3pm

Where: Restoration Church

Outdoor Worship + Baptism Service

Join us as we worship together, celebrate believer baptisms at the lake, and enjoy a picnic lunch at Crystal Lake Beach in Burnsville. This is a great Sunday to invite a friend to church!

Grilled burgers, water, chips, condiments, and dinnerware will be provided.

What to Bring:
Last names A–S: please bring a side or salad to share
Last names T–Z: please bring a dessert to share

When you arrive, stop by the food table and write the name of your dish in the notebook located inside the basket so we can make sure there’s enough food for everyone (it's ok to leave your dish in a cooler or in your vehicle).

We recommend bringing lawn chairs and any outdoor games you’d like to play after worship. Please note there will be no Restoration Kids classes that morning.

Thinking about Baptism?

Baptism is an important step of obedience and a powerful way to share your faith. If you’ve been sensing God leading you toward baptism, we would love to walk alongside you.

• Adult Baptism Class: Sunday, August 10 following the worship service

• Kids + Student Baptism Class: Friday, August 15 at 6:30pm (attend with a parent)

If you are hesitant about being baptized in the lake, we have other options. Please don’t let that be a barrier. Just reach out and let us know.

Tailgate Sunday | September 7

You’re invited to kick off the fall with us at Tailgate Sunday! After the morning service, we’ll head outside for food, lawn games, music, and fun for the whole family. It’s the perfect Sunday to invite a friend and jump into all that’s ahead this fall.

We want everyone to join Team Restoration. This fall is a great time to find your place in a Small Group or Serve Team and be part of what God is doing in our church. Let’s grow together and make this our best season yet.

Hotdogs and popcorn will be provided. Don’t miss the Corn Hole Competition for a chance to win some bragging rights. Bring a lawn chair and come ready to connect. We’ll see you there!

Decide in your heart how much to give. And don’t give reluctantly or in response to pressure. For God loves a person who gives cheerfully. And God will generously provide all you need.
